This floating bed drier-cooler is designed for applications in feedmill production lines for special animal feed.
Its main attribute is that it can handle delicate and friable products dor cooling or drying, or for both cooling and drying contemporary.
This machine differs from traditional systems with punched plate mobile belts because of its stationary stell deck with special perforations.
Hot or cold air forced through these perforations makes the product float and directs the product towards in the outlet without dusting while drying and cooling it.
The floating bed drier-cooler has been conceived with particular care for eliminating product deposits, as result this machine can handle different types of products whitout contamination or crooss pollution.
Based on Client requirements this unit can be supllied as DRIER (type ELF), as COOLER (type RLF), or as DRIER-COOLER (type ERLF). The drier-cooler type ERLF differs from the other units because of a double suction of the perforated steel desck and cool it in the second.
The drier type ELF and cooler type RLF have just one suction duct under the perforated deck, but the air of the drier is heated by means of heating baterries.
The heating batteries employed have radiant pipes utilize low pressure steam.
