The mixers of the MOV series constitutes an efficient response to the problems of modern mixing of animal feed and milling. The machine is endowed with an innovative design planned to offer the customer the best production in relation to traditional mixers, it consists of a steel case in which act paddled beaters with counterposed action. The axis, assembled on roll bearings is activated by a pendulous motor reducer directly assembled on the axis.
The rapid discharge system consists of a bucket slide valve pneumatic command. The geometry of the container, the design and peripherical velocity of the pedals reduce the mixing time around 1.5 minutes, allowing a perfect homogeneity according to the quality requested also adding liquid ingredients and products of different specific weight.
It is possible, however to obtain a duplication of hour flow since the mixer is capable of operating up to 20 mixtures/hour. For a smaller scale production, it is possible to use a mixer of inferior size, reducing, in this case, the costs of investiment.
Inferior discharge times:
The bucket slide valve discharge system fully opens its bottom allowing a time discharge inferior to 10 seconds.
Easy maintenance:
- The pedals are easily demountable and replacible through the side door and discharge outlet; the same way, also the private axis of the pedals can easily be dismounted;
- The bena gaskets can be checked and replaced through the side door;
- The hollow axis motor reducer, directly coupled on the axis does not need any maintenance procedure, except for its regular lubricant oil exchange.
Cleaning and hygiene.
The machine design was carefully studied in order to ease cleaning procedures, avoiding the existence of non accessible points that could enable the appearance of potentially harmful incrustations.
Contamination danger.
The fully opening of the bucket slide valve allows its complete emptying, avoiding thus any kind of contamination.
