Applied for the separation of the powdery parts upon the air, the sleeves filter FMS performs and excellent filtering action meeting the most demanding environmental requirements. Endowed with sleeves specially designed for each application, even for the most critical circumstances, like high temperatures, chemically reactive products, abrasive powders, highly elevated humidity and fat content, etc. Its project and design allows easy access to all of its internal surfaces for cleaning procedures, avoiding thus the existence of gaps or cavities, which might allow retention or incrustation of the product.
Ease of Maintenance
The main feature of the sleeves filter FMS is the ease of access, inspection and replacement of the filtering sleeves. The filter FMS completely opens its upper chamber, open top system, providing access to each sleeve individually. For this purpose, the filter lid can be easily opened manually by the operators not being necessary the use of any lifting devices.
Efficient Sleeves Cleaning System
The sleeves cleaning system driven by compressed air is controlled by an electronic circuit of command and sequencing for determining the interval and the duration of the cleaning pulses, balancing the life cycle of the sleeves and the consumption of compressed air with the needs for sleeves cleaning. A Venturi tube especially developed for this purpose converts the high-speed air compressed pulse into an air shock wave that flows the entire sleeve opposite to the workflow way promoting thus an effective cleaning of the sleeve itself.
