Rotary Valves VRD were developed to be employed in a wide range of industrial applications which include since the dosing of products up to the separation of decanted product on pneumatic conveying in depression.
They are made of cast iron alloy and feature bearings properly sized. Their internal clearances are obtained through precise machining on CNC machines, assuring thus a complete separation between environments in depression and that in atmospheric pressure, increasing the conveying transport yield and at the same time, ensuring an easy flow of product by gravity.
Its internal design prevents the retention of product inside it, providing the installation, hygiene compatible with the most stringent regulatory standards. Available in three dimensional types, the rotary valves VRD can be installed individually or in a stack, which shares the same drive.
The introduction of flexible couplings in individual assemblies ensures, in turn, a soft start and preservation of the life cycle of the drive. The valves can also be produced with special materials or treatments, according to the product to be conveyed.
