One of the more traditional transport systems for dust or granular products used in the food and feed industry is the thread. According to the specific application, the screw may be of the normal type coil, the variable section type, i.e., extracting, or tape.
The models CO/S, CO/D and CO/T identifies the regular Polygonal Screw CO of our production, which in turn can be simple(S), double(D) or triple(T) as required by the plant.
The screws are constructed with a definite sense of roduct advance, which can be reversed by changing the engine's direction of travel. The screws may also be predisposed to receive product entries in more points along its length and may be constructed so that on the same axis, it has one or more of a change in product moving direction. The windings thus are welded on the shaft with different product feed directions, according to precise indications of installation.
