The plansifter, manufactured as models GQT-G and GQT-GS, is featured by its reliability throughout time, by its great sifting. surface and its optimal performances for square meter of sifting surface.
The Plansifter was CAD designed and manufactured according to state of the art CAM systems, such as laser cutters and welding robots.
• Its bearing structure is extremely solid being realised with first quality materials.
• It is constituted by 2,4,6,8 and 10 compartmens, for flow sheet requirements each compartment can be divided into 2 sections and contain from 14 to 32 nominal sieves.
• Two types of sieves can be fitted, the first type is “STANDARD”, the second type is “TOTAL SURFACE”. The clothing, applied and fastened by glue or with metallic staples to the frames, is kept clean by special free moving elements, which have a double function and also provide for cleaning the sieve bottoms.
• The sieve are made from top quality wood and have a wear resistant cladding. They are designed and arranged for facilitating product discharge and inhibiting product hold back, this characteristic allows for maximum sanitation.
• The 10 compartment plansifter has the same overall dimensions of the 8 compartment version. As shown on the photo and drawing, two compartments are obtained by fitting them in the free space available on the central drive structure.
