The rotor consists of a shaft over which the radial port-beaters (five) brackets are fixed; it is mounted on bearings at two rows of rollers.
The nylon screen of polygonal shape is flanged on both sides of the machine.
The central discharge hopper collects products (flours) leaving the nylon screen while the side hopper discharges the bran (offal).
The product is driven into the machine by a feeding screw and distributed at the beginning of the nylon screen by a disc centrifuge.
On the upper structure of the machine are set adjustable paddles that, in accordance with its inclination, regulate the feed rate of the product, thus obtaining the desired yield.
The bran brush is completed by a base for the motor endowed with practical adjustments for a tension of the transmission belts.
