The discharger for flatbottom silo mod. SE is utilized for discharging of granular or floury type products and by-products having poor flow characteristics.
It is especially suitable for discharging wheat bran, feed, chemical products as well as woodwork waste and low density material.
The machine consists of a sturdy cast-iron frame fixed on a plate which has two holes for material discharge and for connection to the outlets.
The outlets are equipped with hand or, alternatively, electrical pneumatic slide gates. The double concentric shaft is operated by an electric gearmotor.
The discharging arms run in the radial plane, at the base of the bin, and are immersed in the stock to be discharged. The chain rotation moves the stock and conveys it towards the center of the bin to facilitate uniform discharge by means of resolving expellers.
The radial motion of the discharging arm is activated by an electrical-pneumatic piston.
