Sangati Berga’s Differential Gravimetric Feeder Accufeed was designed for the dosing and adjustment of its ingredients or product flow with high precision and efficiency. Built with the most advanced flow weighing concepts, Accufeed is equipped with PID weighing processors and load cells of well-known quality, assuring the assistance to the narrowest tolerances of the process.
Accufeed is indicated for the dosing of the main product or macro ingredients, for the most varied types of mixtures, continuously controlling the dosing of flours, semolina or the most diverse components of the mixture. Besides the dosing Accufeed registers and informs about the flow and weight of the product coming through it.
Easy of Use
A touch screen command panel and a user-friendly interface provide a simple and interactive operation, allowing the operator to enter the weighing parameters or view important process data like: present flow value, accumulated production flow, total weight programmed, etc. Accufeed has a communication interface that allows its interconnection to a remote automation system through which will be possible the programming of the recipes as well as the management of production data.

Operation Basics
The outlet thread and weighing reservoir are based on three load cells that continuously monitor the weight of the product contained therein. As the outlet thread unloads the product in process, the weighing system measures the amount of product being dosed by means of a continuous reading of the weight decreasing. The equipment software performs the necessary corrections over the measured flows and commands the outlet thread flow through a frequency inverter, by dosing to the process the exact amount of product established in the dosing recipe. When the weighing reservoir reaches its minimum level, the software calculates the rotation of the thread necessary to the maintenance of the flow and sets it to the volumetric, while a valve located at the inlet of the product opens up and then the plant feeding equipments are started. When the maximum level is reached, the equipments return to its initial state and Accufeed returns to ponderal mode. Flexible joints between the part based on the load cells and the fixed part of the equipment, allied to an aspiration responsible for the elimination of internal pressures, assure an accurate measurement and control of the product in process.
