Semi-automatic Dampener type MP SPI - Appropriate for maximum water addition of up to 5%, it consists of:
- 1 flow detector type SPI, to be fitted on the super intensive screw, allowing water flow only over product passage.
- 1 flowmeter type MP to be wall-mounted, containing a water flow meter, suitable for the required application range according to the hourly flow rate potential and the required electrical and control equipments.
The adjustment of the water percentage to be added to the cereal is pre-set simply by adjusting the gate valve, with immediate reading on the water flow meter.
To ensure best operating conditions, a minimum feeding pressure of 0.3- 0.5 bar must be ensured by the water supply. A water filter is recommended.
Nebulizer with flow meter two nozzles SUMP-SC SPI type for application on the srew aiming at maximum water addition of up 1%, this dampening system predicts the use of an automatic dampener type MP SPI applied over a nebulizing screw.
The atomization of the water takes place through a sereis of noozes type SC, with micrometric adjustment applied next to the inlet of the screw (of which length and features determined in accordance with the needs of the customer company) in which the product is mixed again in order to produce a uniform absorption of the humidity.
For cereals, after this humification process, a short private conditioning prior to 1BK rollermill is advisable.
