The Bagging Line Carousel type with weighing Siwarex® module was developed to provide maximum yield and efficiency to weighing and bagging procedures of wheat flour, or other products, in open-mouth bag type.Mainly consisting of a helical feeder, precision scales and the Bagging Carousel, it represents an economical and efficient solution for bagging of the most varied kinds of grains, pulverulent products and particles.
The feeder, endowed with different helicoids for thin and thick flows is controlled by the weighing module that receives and processes the information from the scales load cells that releases the heavy product to the Carousel through its electropneumatic command. The Bagging Carousel supports the open mouth filler that receives the bag provided by the operator, aligns the empty bag to collects the product released by the scales, and places the filled bags at the shakers station and finally, drives the filled and compacted bags to the sewing line. A set of 2 or 3 shakers assures the release of the diluted air in the product and its perfect compaction, allowing greater cleaning and efficiency all over the process.
A touch screen panel provides the operator a simple and safe interface where he himself can view and set the process parameters as well follow the system outcomes.
The Bagging Carousel is available in the 4 or 6 mouths versions that carry out the filling of 5, 10, 25 or 50kg bags, according to the provided version.
