Performance
The bagging machine for open mouth bags type EBA by Sangati Berga was developed to provide a simple and agile operation, followed by high precision bagging of powdery, granular or fibrous in open mouth bag types built of the most varied materials such as paper, polypropylene, etc.
Its bagging scale type EBA employs high resolution load cells and a pneumatic command system controlled by the weighing processor that processes the signals coming from the load cells and commands the scales cinematic of its feeder and the bagging nozzle resulting a high productivity system and reduced maintenance cost.
Interactivity
A touch screen panel with located on the control panel, provides the operator a simple and safe interface where he himself can accede and setup the process parameters and follow along the system results.
Versatility
The EBA open mouth bagging machine is supplied in the following types:
• For filling up 5-10kg* bags or 25-50kg* bags;
• With single feeding for up to 300 bags/hour of 50kg*;
• With a double feeding for up 600 bags/hour of 50kg*;
• Feeder setup to the product at customer´s discretion.
That allows the customer have a machine perfectly suited to his needs.
